The Gallery near 'That' Bridge
The owner of Openview gallery, Vanessa, has worked with Rare for many years, first buying small trade canvas designs from us for her gift shop. Following the success of art sales, she opted to leave the small stuff behind and opened a gallery in the heart of St. Andrews, Scotland.
Working Together
To make it work, Amber created a bespoke range of hand-embellished Scottish works to sit aside the other art she sold from the Rare collection. Given the popularity of the nearby golf course, Amber worked with Vanessa on a Swilcan Bridge design that went on to be the fastest selling limited-edition in the history of Rare.
Working closely together, they are constantly coming up with new ideas and ways to keep Openview fresh, and the locals and tourists still enthralled with what's next. Recently, they have added the first original works to the walls, and we can’t wait to see what they do next! Rare make orders for Openview on a weekly basis. They are dedicated to helping Vanessa make an ongoing success of her business in a tricky, and sometimes overcrowded market. So far, she's standing out from the crowd.
