All deliveries made to mainland UK are FREE OF CHARGE. We aim to have your order delivered in the most timely way possible, however as most pieces are made to order, they can take up to 7 working days to deliver (10 days for hand embellished pieces)
If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will see if we can assist. Please contact us for a quote on deliveries outside mainland UK.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our work, which is usually made to order, or one-off originals, we cannot accept returns, so please feel free to call us if you require any further assistance to be sure of your purchase before proceeding.
We do want you to be happy! So we may be able to offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
