1. Return and Refund Policy :
All our Limited Edition Prints are made to order and as such are non returnable, so please make sure you are happy to commit to making a purchase before doing so. If you have received a print which is faulty or damaged you must let us know within 48 hours of receipt of goods, goods must be returned to us within 30 days, and we will make every effort to repair or replace the print in a timely fashion.
Restock - in the instance where you change your mind about a piece, if agreed with the artist, you may be able to return for a restock fee of 10%

3. Shipping Information :
All deliveries made to mainland UK are FREE OF CHARGE. We aim to have your order delivered in the most timely way possible, however as most pieces are made to order, they can take up to 7 working days to deliver (10 days for hand embellished pieces) If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will see if we can assist. Please contact us at info@rareia.com for a quote on deliveries outside mainland UK.
4. Payment Methods :
We use PayPal and Shopify as secure payment gateways; alternatively you can pay by direct bank transfer. Please email us with your order number if you wish to pay by BACS transfer and we will email you our bank details.
